Washington University orthopedic specialists are associated with Barnes-Jewish Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital, Progress West Hospital and St. Louis Children's Hospital. We also see patients at the Children's Specialty Care Center in Town and Country, and at the Center for Advanced Medicine - South County. We have the unique ability to offer inpatient treatment within a top academic medical center for challenging cases, as well as outpatient surgery and care conveniently located in west St. Louis County.
In addition, we provide general orthopedic services through our affiliation with the Veterans Administration Medical Center in St. Louis and pediatric orthopedic services at Shriners Hospital for Children in St. Louis.

No appointment necessary. Both locations – South County and West County -- specialize in sports and orthopedic injuries for patients ages five and up, with access to on-site x-ray, splinting and casting services.
