Areas of Research Interest

Dr. Geraghty serves as national or local principal investigator for a number of clinical trials of endovascular intervention, including the VIBRANT trial (percutaneous treatment of leg artery blockages for claudication) and the VIVA-1: XCELL Trial (percutaneous treatment of leg artery blockages for crirical limb ischemia).

He is also interested in the design, application, and outcomes of innovative, minimally invasive (endovascular) methods of treating leg artery blockages; the outcomes of endovascular repair of abdominal and thoracic aneurysms; and innovative methods to improve dialysis access.
