Idiopathic, congenital and neuromuscular scoliosis, kyphosis, spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis, spinal fractures, subluxations, and instability, torticollis, dysplasia of the hip, angular and rotational deformity of the lower extremities and limb length discrepancy, neuromuscular conditions, and clubfoot and other congenital deformities of the foot.
