Patients are seen by our doctors, audiologists, and other providers in the Department of Otolaryngology at several locations in the St. Louis area, including the Center for Advance Medicine, the Central Institute for the Deaf, St. Louis Children's Hospital, and our West County offices.

We treat patients for general ear, nose and throat conditions, allergy and chronic sinusitis, hearing tests and hearing aids, implantable hearing aids, reconstruction surgery of the head and neck, Mohs cancer reconstruction, head and neck cancer, and we offer a full range of face and neck cosmetic surgeries.

Surgical treatment of ear and lateral skull base diseases, Diagnostically difficult and complex cases, Advanced clinical teaching, Surgical hearing restoration and tumor resection (Cochlear Implants, Ossicular Reconstruction/Middle Ear Prostheses, Tympanic Membrane Repair, Mastoidectomy, Bone Anchored Hearing Aids, BAHA, Acoustic/Meningioma Tumor Resection, Glomus Jugulare Resection, Facial Nerve Surgery), draining ear, ear and skull base tumors, facial paralysis, facial paralysis, facial twitching, fluid behind ear drum, pediatric otology (any child with hearing loss), progressive or fluctuating hearing loss, uncontrollable vertigo, Meniere's disease.

Areas of Research Interest
Dr Neely’s research interests center on methods for assessing facial surface dynamic deformity and underlying neuromuscular activity, using surface electromyography and surface laser Doppler virometry. He is the otolaryngology department program director for postdoctoral (residency) research, predoctoral medical student research program and a mentor for the Students and Teachers as Research Scientists (STARS) program for high school student summer research intern.
