The Department of Internal Medicine, under interim chairman, Victoria J. Fraser, M.D., comprises 14 specialty clinical divisions. Over 250 physicians in the department of medicine treat patients at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital, Cochran Veteran's Administration Hospital and many off-campus sites (see map and locations) in the Greater St Louis area.
