Located in the Center for Advanced Medicine Building at the corner of Forest Park Blvd and Euclid Avenue.
Directions: Go four blocks north of the intersection of Highway 40 and Kingshighway. Turn right at Forest Park Blvd. Turn right at Euclid Avenue. Parking is available in the North Garage across street on Euclid Avenue. Bring your parking card for validation at the Pain Management Center. Free VALET parking is available at the Center for Advanced Medicine's street-level entrance.

Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital / Washington University Pain Management Center
Located at Olive Blvd and North Mason Road in Creve Coeur. To get there, take Highway 270 to Olive Blvd, and go west on Olive Blvd to North Mason Road. This is about one mile west of Highway 270. You will pass Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital and at the first stop light after the hospital, turn left onto N. Mason road.
