DR CHARLES CAREY JOINS CARDIOVASCULAR DIVISION
Charles Carey, MD, has been appointed Assistant Professor of Medicine in the WUSM Cardiovascular Division. He received his MD degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. He trained as both intern and resident in internal medicine at WUSM and as a fellow in cardiology. Dr. Carey also served as medical chief resident and editor for the Washington University Manual of Medical Therapeutics. His research interests include advanced echocardiography and valvular heart disease.
