Patients are seen in the following St. Louis area locations:
Center for Advanced Medicine: Adult patients are seen at the 11th Floor of the Center for Advanced Medicine, located at Euclid and Forest Park Avenues. Patient and family parking is located adjacent to the Center, with a connecting sky bridge on the third floor. A voucher for parking fee reduction will be given to patients at the Center. Valet parking is also available ad an additional charge to parking fee, but for patients with a handicapped sticker or license, valet parking is at no additional charge.
Surgery is performed at the 4th floor day surgery center or at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. (see map)
